You can consume moderate amounts of alcohol the day after taking an antihistamine, such as Aleric.
Combining this type of medication with alcohol is not recommended - you should avoid drinking alcohol on the day you take the drug, as it increases the risk of side effects such as drowsiness, impaired concentration, dizziness, etc.
