Can blood in the urine need to be stopped from treatment with Pylera?

I have been taking the antibiotic Pylera for 3 days, today there was pain in the kidney and went to the toilet for a little in the morning went a little with blood (there is a small kidney stone) should I continue to take the antibiotic?
