Yerba mate contains caffeine and other chemicals that can affect the nervous system. The opipramol in Pramolan and the sertraline in Asertin are antidepressants and anxiolytics that also affect the nervous system. There is a potential possibility that drinking yerba mate while using these medications may affect your body's responses, but this depends on a number of factors, including your individual tolerance and reaction to these substances.

I would recommend consulting a doctor or at least keeping a 3-4 hour break between drinking yerba mate and taking the mentioned medications.
