There are no contraindications to the combination of Escitalopram Actavis 10 mg with Castagnus. So far, there has been no evidence of an interaction between chasteberry (a component of Castagnus) and escitalopram. If you experience any worrying symptoms, consult your doctor. When using the preparations, a safe interval of at least 3 hours should be maintained.
Castagnus is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to treat mild symptoms that appear before menstruation (premenstrual syndrome - i.e. ailments that appear shortly before the onset of menstruation, manifested by soreness and swelling of the breasts, emotional imbalances, migraine-type headaches, swelling of the face, hands and feet).
