Can you swap Mizetam 10mg+ 40mg for Atrox 40mg?

It is not possible to switch from Mizetam 10mg + 40mg to Atrox 40mg. These medicinal products cannot be treated as substitutes. Mizetam 10mg + 40mg is a combination of atorvastatin and ezetimibe. Atrox contains only atorvastatin. Due to the dose of atorvastatin in both medicinal products, the physician may recommend the use of Atrox 40 mg and ezetimibe 10 mg as a substitute for Mizetam 10 mg + 40 mg. A pharmacist in a pharmacy, however, cannot make such a decision and make this type of change.
