I give my child Entitis baby in sachets and half a small teaspoon of black cumin oil - can I include 5ml of cod liver oil in this set?

Good morning.
A child 20 months old, attends a nursery, often gets sick. I give entitis baby in sachets, one sachet a day, half a small teaspoon of black cumin oil and I'm wondering if I can include 5ml of cod liver oil in this set, or if it won't be too much?
