Can hands swell when using Azaleas?

Hello, I've been taking Azaleas for two months now, recently my hands have started to swell terribly and the tingling of which drives me crazy. Hands like NOT mine. I'll be 53 in January and I'm in menopause, but I think I'll leave it because I don't know what to do anymore
Please advise
