I have a question. How to treat neuroses psychiatrically. I took 2 mg of lorafex in the morning so can I take 2 mg of lorabex at bedtime? It's supposed to be the same substance. Please reply

Yes, both medicines contain the same active ingredient - Lorazepam.
These drugs must not be taken at the same time, as this can lead to an overdose, i.e. taking a higher dose of the substance than appropriate for the person's health, weight and age.
Lorafen and Lorabex are prescription medicines, so the legitimacy and need for their use is determined by the doctor. So please follow your doctor's instructions.
I also encourage you to inform your doctor about all the medications and dietary supplements you use, which will allow you to choose safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
