Is the dosage of Neurotop 300 correct?

Good morning
I have a request for advice. To make a long story short, my autistic son aged 13 has been diagnosed with epilepsy since August (second seizure, first in April). Since August, we have been giving him Neurotop 300 and the attacks occur cyclically every 10 days. Today the attack occurred about 30 minutes after the administration of the drug, is this normal? Possible? Is there something wrong with the dosage (1 tablet every 12 hours). Thank you for your reply.

All doubts about the treatment of epilepsy should be discussed with the doctor who treats the son.
Treatment of epilepsy requires individualization and adaptation to the needs of the individual patient.

To sum up, I suggest you do not hesitate and make an appointment with your son's doctor.

The indication for the use of Neurotop 300 is epilepsy:

- complex or simple partial seizures,

- generalized tonic-clonic seizures; mixed forms of seizures.
