Side effects of long-term use of the drug include hypoglycaemia, i.e. a state of too low blood glucose levels.
In addition, your result is within the normal range.
The norm of fasting blood sugar (the interval between the last meal and the blood sample for the test is 8-14 hours) is between 70 and 99 mg/dl. Your result is 94 mg/dl.
If the concentration is higher but does not exceed 125 mg/dl, this is described as abnormal glucose tolerance. This condition is reversible with appropriate lifestyle changes such as regular physical activity, a diet with limited simple sugars and normalization of body weight.
And can low insulin (fasting test result) cause propranolol? It is within the normal range, but at the lower limit. Fasting sugar I have 94 (norm up to 99)
Thank you for your message

Weight gain is not mentioned among the side effects of taking Propranolol. However, gastrointestinal disorders such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea may occur. Constipation and dry mouth mucosa are also mentioned.
I would not associate weight gain with taking this medication, but if you are concerned about it, please report your comments to your doctor.
You can read the article about side effects here:

Each film-coated tablet contains 10 mg of propranolol hydrochloride. Regardless of the type of manufacturer, both the composition, the number of tablets in the package and the dosage do not differ from each other.
Here you can check the availability of the medicine and book it at the pharmacy:
