Does hair fall out after finishing the minoxidil treatment?

Hello, I've been losing my hair for three months. After using Alpicort E, they fall out much less. The doctor diagnosed telogen prolapse after covid. Now I have to take miniovivax 5 % twice a day. I'm afraid of this drug because of the side effects. What if the hair grows back after the treatment and then the treatment is stopped? Everywhere they write that the hair will fall out again? What does it look like?

Before starting treatment with medicinal products containing minoxidil, e.g. Minovivax 5%, it is important to be aware that this treatment is long-term and is used in women and men from androgenetic alopecia therapy.

The first results of increasing the number of new hairs and inhibiting hair loss usually appear after 2 months of systematic use. However, the full effect is observed only after 12 months of use. When you stop regular treatment, the rate of regrowth and the rate of hair loss returns to baseline.
