Hello, a few days ago I noticed 3 small skin-colored subcutaneous pimples on my hand, the next day there were many more, also on the other hand (some under the skin, as if they were just about to come to the surface). The lady at the pharmacy said it was warts and gave me a freezer. After that, the pimples became very red, some of them had blisters popping up. Is this normal? I would like to add that new pimples are still appearing, I don't know how to stop it.

In this situation, I encourage you to consult a doctor. Skin lesions such as the ones you described can have a variety of causes, and their accurate diagnosis requires a professional assessment.
The freezing agent used could cause additional irritation, which manifested itself in redness and blistering. Such a side effect can sometimes occur with wart removers.
Remember not to try to remove skin lesions on your own, nor do you use home remedies that can worsen your current skin condition. A visit to a dermatologist will help determine the cause of skin lesions and start appropriate treatment.
If you do not have the opportunity to take advantage of the advice, I am attaching a link to the online teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
