Hello.
Take symescital at the lowest dose. I've had a thick yellow runny nose since morning. Can I take medication such as theraflu sinus, acatar ? Or something else safe so that I am not at risk of serotonin syndrome?

Oral preparations with phenylephrine (e.g. Theraflu Sinus, Gripex Hot Max) or pseudoephedrine (e.g. Acatar, Sudafed) can be used, which constrict the blood vessels of the nasal mucosa, reduce swelling and clear the nose, during treatment with Symescital. They do not have clinically relevant interactions that would affect the efficacy or safety of the treatment.
