Can the MULTI Enzyme Complex PRO capsules be opened and discharged?

Can the MULTI Enzyme Complex PRO capsules be opened and poured out to be taken with liquid or food? The capsules are large and I have trouble swallowing them.

I do not see any contraindications to taking this preparation in this form.
The manufacturer recommends taking 1 capsule a day.
