Will Flucontrol Hot help with sore throat and fever as much as Theraflu or Fervex?

Can flucontrol hot help with sore throat and fever 38.4? Yesterday I took one sachet and nothing changed even the next day, nothing helped. On the other hand, teraflu and fervex help me right away, or I wake up and it's better, the disease goes down faster.
