Can you combine Zafrille with Nitrofurantoin?

How does it behave? Zafrilla with antibiotics? Does it work like a normal pill?

I have to take Furadantin due to a urinary tract infection and would like to know how contraception is doing.

In the current literature, I do not find any information on the interaction between the nitrofurantoin in Furadantin and dienogest, the active substance in Zafrilla.

It is important to be aware that Zafrilla is indicated for the treatment of endometriosis. Although most patients with this medicine have ovulation inhibited, it is not a contraceptive. If contraception is required during treatment with Zafrilla, it is recommended that a barrier method of contraception (e.g. condom) be used.
