Can I use Thionerv 600 as a replacement?
Like the same composition, Thiogamma is a drug, and Thionerv is a dietary supplement. So there must be a difference, right?

If possible, you should not replace Thiogamma with Thionerv. The drug has a therapeutic effect, while the supplement is a preparation supplementing a proper diet.
We have written in detail about the differences between dietary supplements and drugs in the article:

If you have any difficulties with purchasing Thiogamma, I encourage you to consult your doctor. It is also possible to take advantage of teleconsultation via e.g. the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
Until the consultation, it is possible to supplement with Thionerv 600. Thionerv 600 does not have a therapeutic role. It is a supportive preparation.
Thionerv 600 is a dietary supplement available in online and brick-and-mortar pharmacies. Choosing the offer of an online pharmacy allows you to compare prices and order the preparation with home delivery or personal collection at the pharmacy:
