When will Trazodone Neuraxpharm 50 and 100 mg be available in pharmacies?

When will trazodone 50 mg be available?

Trazodone Neuraxpharm 150 mg is available in approximately 29% of pharmacies integrated into the Gdziepolek.pl portal. I am attaching a link that allows you to check the availability of the drug and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:

The full resumption of availability of Trazodone Neuraxpharm 50 mg and 100 mg is expected later in April.

Is there anything we know when Trazodone will return to pharmacies?

It has been practically unavailable for half a year, and the return dates are constantly extended.

There are no substitutes that a pharmacist can dispense as a substitute at a pharmacy. The other medicines available with this active substance are long-acting tablets (e.g. Trittico XR) and therefore cannot be used as a substitute for Trazodone immediate-release tablets.

Do you know of any substitute - the most commonly used - for Trazodone Neraxpharm ?

We have received information from the manufacturer that the full resumption of sales of all doses of the drug is planned for April 2024.

Is anything known about the availability of the medicine? Basically, its availability is currently very poor and has been so for more than 4 months.

By decision of the GIF, Trazodone Neuraxpharm, which had been temporarily suspended, was reinstated. "In the course of the conducted research, it was established that there was no effect of the deviation
failure to meet the acceptance criteria for the hardness parameter to other quality attributes of the product – including release, which has a direct impact on its bioavailability."

The following batches of Trazodone Neuraxpharm (Trazodoni hydrochloridum), 100 mg, tablets, pack of 30 tablets, GTIN 05909991373290 throughout the country, in the range of Series:

Is there anything known about the availability of the medicine? Currently, 50mg is unavailable in the whole of Poland.
