Is it possible to combine Pramolan and ashwagandha and drink lemon balm infusion?

Hello. Can I take pramolan in the morning and at noon, lemon balm tea in the afternoon and miralo sen or ashwagandhe at night around 23:00?

You can drink an infusion of lemon balm. It should be borne in mind that such a combination increases the risk of symptoms such as drowsiness, excessive fatigue and impaired concentration during the day. The body's reaction should be observed.
