Hello, is it possible to damage the hormonal IUD by falling on rollers? I was driving and accidentally fell falling backwards, could it have affected the insert?
The second situation is when I got up at night sleepy to the toilet, accidentally sitting down, I hit the board with my vagina, could something happen in this case?
I didn't notice any pain.

No, the IUD should not be damaged, and it is normal to have irregular bleeding in the first few months.
I understand, so if I sit more dynamically on the toilet and hit the seat with my vagina, I shouldn't damage the insert? And is it normal to have non-regular bleeding in the first few months? Because I don't feel any other ailments.

The probability of damage to the cylinder is negligible. If you have any doubts, you should go to a gynecologist.

After a few days of these situations I had a slight bleeding / spotting, I suspect that it may be menstrual bleeding although I have the IUD for less than 2 months and at the beginning after putting on the IUD all the time accompanied by spotting only for some time stopped, so it's hard for me to determine the day of the cycle, should I have any reasons to worry that I accidentally damaged the IUD? I note that at the beginning of any bleeding or discomfort I did not feel these spotting occur back for 2 days.
