Is Cezarius safe if I am planning to become pregnant and have epilepsy?

I plan pregnancy, I suffer from epilepsy, the dose of my medication 100mg ×2 per day, cezarius 750x2 per day.
Will these drugs be safe?

In your question, you gave the name of only one drug. According to the package leaflet "CEZARIUS should not be used during pregnancy unless clearly necessary. The risk of birth defects in the foetus cannot be completely excluded."
