At the beginning of the use of Aknemycin Plus, irritation, redness and dryness of the skin may occur. In this situation, it may be necessary to introduce the drug more gradually (i.e. every 2-3 days) so that the skin develops tolerance to the tretinoin contained in it or changes to ointment. It is best to consult with your dermatologist.
