Hello
I am 21 years old, the psychiatrist assigned me the drug Asertin and currently I take half a tablet or 25g because the whole bad effect on me. I have a question that I forgot to ask the psychiatrist, and I don't have an appointment until the end of the month. Namely, with Asertin 25g can I also take Aulin tablets assigned by a gynecologist for very painful menstruation? Without these pills, menstruation, unfortunately, is unsurvivable.

Aulin can be used in combination with Asertin if it has been prescribed by the same doctor, or if the prescriber has been told what other medicines you are already taking and what additional medical conditions you are suffering from. Combining these medicines increases the risk of side effects such as bleeding and ulceration of the digestive system.
Occasional use of Aulin 3-4 hours apart from Asertin should not hurt you, but it is worth discussing it with your doctor at the earliest opportunity.
