The time interval between Axyven and Lerivon should be determined by your doctor. The doctor determines the dosage of these preparations. If you are not sure of the recommendations, I encourage you to consult your doctor again.

According to the manufacturer's Summary of Product Characteristics, Axyven can be used in the morning or evening with a meal. The most appropriate time to use Lerivon is in the evening. However, the preparation can also be used in divided doses, regardless of the meal. When using medication at one time (e.g. in the evening), I encourage you to make at least a 30-minute interval to minimize the risk of a possible interaction.
