Is it possible to combine Ashwagandhe, magnesium and Primolut Nor?

I started Ashwagand supplementation, in the second phase of the cycle due to extended cycles I take Primolut Nor. Can I combine ashwagande with progesterone one evening and additionally take magnesium for nothing?

Yes, you can combine Ashwagandhe with Primolut Nor and Magnesium. According to currently available information, there are no significant interactions between substances.
