I have bleeding hemorrhoids. Is Exacil tabl. Powl. (500 mg) taken 2 times a day for 5 days . Can taking this medicine have a negative effect on atrial fibrillation?

Exacyl, or tranexamic acid, is a drug used mainly to inhibit bleeding. Atrial fibrillation is a heart rhythm disorder that may require specialized cardiac treatment.
