Should I stop taking Finapil if I have a decrease in the volume of the ejaculate?

Good morning, I am taking Finapil 1 mg. to inhibit hair loss. The drug has been used for 6 months. The results from the kri that I performed I have ok (morphology, PSA, TSH, Kreatininin, ALT, AST). I have one side effect: decreased ejaculate volume (amount of semen) Should I stop taking this medicine?
