Can I use Cloranxen with Concor Cor, Amitriptylinum, Mirtagen and Asaris?

Good morning. I am treated for neurosis I take amitriptyline 3x 25mg and mirtagen 45mg drugs, I am also treated for asthma with asaris 50 ... I have also been taking Concor Cor 25mg for two days. The psychiatrist also prescribed me the drug cloranex 10 mg so that on bad days I would take it.... Does tel cloranex not interact with other medicines

Cloranxen when used in combination with Mirtagen and Amitriptylinum increases the risk of side effects such as drowsiness and difficulty concentrating. For this reason, the dosage of the drug should be strictly determined by the attending physician, who knows what other medicines the patient is already taking and what additional diseases he suffers from. The duration of use of Cloranxen should be as short as possible and should not exceed 4 weeks.
