Can Xarelto cause stomach pain and indigestion?
Good morning, I have been taking Xarelto (15 mg) for a week, but for about 3 days I feel abdominal pain that "moves" - once it is felt in the epigastrium, another time in the lower abdomen. In addition, I often have heartburn, even on an empty stomach. Could this be a side effect of taking Xarelto? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Side effects such as stomach pain and indigestion have been commonly reported with Xarelto. It is possible that the described symptoms are the result of using Xarelto, but they may also have another background.
