I am a month after a stay in the hospital, where the pump pulled fluid from my abdomen and swollen ankles, for a year and a half I have ascites, unfortunately there was no big effect and it was decided to puncture the abdomen and pull the fluid the effect was satisfactory, the abdomen was like after childbirth. But after a month it began to increase again, I take spironol 100 and trifas 200 but the effect is not significant. Can he replace trifas 200 with more effective. Best regards. Alice
