Can I take 5 tablets of vitamin B 12 Naturell to get 500 mcg?
Good morning, I need to take 500ug of vit b12 per day, but I have at home vitamin B12 FORTE from Naturell, which in a tablet has 100ug. In the leaflet it says that you can take 1 tablet per day. Can I take 5 tablets to get the right level?

If you have been advised to take 500 μg of vitamin B12, it means using 5 tablets of 100 μg per day. In this case, I encourage you to consult your doctor before increasing the dose of vitamin B12, especially if you plan such a significant change in intake.
