Should my child be stopped with Rupurix before vaccination?
Hello. The son is 12 years old. He takes Rupurix. Soon we have an appointment for vaccination. I wonder whether to wean him Rupurix? Does the drug affect vaccination? And better to set aside?

Overall, rupatadine is unlikely to have a significant effect on the effectiveness of vaccination. Nevertheless - decisions on possible discontinuation of drugs should be consulted only with a doctor.
