Are repeated diarrhoea indicated during IMO treatment with Xifaxan and Neomycin an indication for discontinuation of treatment?

Good morning During treatment with imo xifaxan and neomycin, are multiple diarrhoea an indication for discontinuation of treatment? Should we wait this stage? Maybe you can use, for example, a stoperan?

If diarrhoea occurs during treatment with Xifaxan and neomycin, it is important to inform your doctor. Repeated diarrhea can be a symptom of potential side effects of medications. The doctor will be able to assess the situation and decide whether it is necessary to stop the treatment or adjust the doses. Please do not stop the treatment on your own. Any modifications in therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your state of health: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki If you are not able to get to your doctor, I enclose a link to online teleadvice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
