Can I take vitamin D3 with Osteogenon?

Good morning I have a fracture V metatarsal at the base proximal, and I use osteogenon in a double dose of 2x830mg once a day and I wanted to ask if I can use drops of vitamin D3 junior? The pharmacist recommended such drops to me, but later I got osteogenone from an orthopedist. Best regards

According to the manufacturer of Osteogenon: "Administration in combination with vitamin D should be closely monitored by checking the concentration of calcium in the blood serum and in the urine." Therefore, you can combine the drug with a supplement containing vitamin D3, however, you should regularly test the level of calcium in the blood and urine - after consulting a doctor. I enclose a link to a helpful entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/witamina-d-czyli-nie-unikaj-slonca Here you can check the availability of Osteogenon in pharmacies and make a reservation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/58199/osteogenon-tabletki-powlekane/apteki

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
