How to take Mysimbe after a 7-month break?

A few months ago I took Mysimbe for 7 months, the effects were very good. Recently I returned a few kilos and I would like to go back to the drug for a bit, my question is whether to start again with one tablet a day and gradually increase the dose or can I immediately take the maximum dose (4 tablets a day) during the day?
