Can I use 2 tablets of Telmisartan 40 mg to use the pack completely?

Hi, I have a question about the drug Telmisartan Bluefish 80mg, I take it once a day (recently the doctor increased my dose from 40 to 80mg), but I was the whole package of Telmisartan Bluefish at a dose of 40mg, can I take two tablets at once? Thank you in advance and best regards.
