I have an intimate infection. The doctor prescribed nystatin vaginally. At that time we were on trips. The first trip lasted an hour, so I transported nystatin in a thermos with ice cubes and then it was immediately put in the fridge. On the same day, after a few hours, we had to go to another place where the journey lasted less than 2 hours and was also transported in this thermos. I applied these globules to myself, but I am afraid whether nystatin will work well or such transport has not disturbed its operation

Your description shows that the drug was transported correctly, with care to maintain the right temperature (2-8 degrees). In general, drug manufacturers have in mind situations in which the drug must be transported from the pharmacy to the patient's home - so the durability of preparations presupposes such situations. In my opinion - there is no reason to worry and vaginal tablets should have the expected therapeutic effect. If, despite everything, your condition does not improve - I recommend another consultation with a doctor.
