If I drank vitamin C 100 for a week and ate grapefruit, should I now gradually stop taking vitamin C so that contraceptive protection is preserved?

Hello, I had cystitis and for a week I drank vitamin C 1000 and juice of half a grapefruit. I also take Drovelis birth control pills. I've read that abrupt discontinuation of welcome C can cause a decrease in contraceptive protection. I wanted to ask if I reduce the dose of vitamin C, eg to 500 g, will contraception be maintained? If not, how long should I wait?
