Which antihistamine will be best for chronic inflammation of the nasal mucosa?

Good morning, which of these drugs is most effective for chronic rhinitis? And how do they differ? - Telfexo, Rupaller, Hitaxa. I have a recommendation to try one of these three drugs, but the doctor could not say where to start. I have never taken antihistamines before. Thanks in advance for your help.

Telfexo contains fexofenadine, Hitaxa - desloratadine These substances belong to antihistamines of the third generation and show the lowest frequency of side effects characteristic of first-generation antihistamines (drowsiness, concentration disturbances). Rupaller contains rupatadine - an antihistamine substance of the 2nd generation - drugs from this group can have a hypnotic effect, but are characterized by an additional anti-inflammatory effect. If the doctor has not recommended otherwise, you can, for example, start treatment with a 2nd generation drug (which additionally fights inflammation) - Rupaller, and if the treatment is not effective, choose one of the 3.
