When can I drink alcohol after I stop taking Linefor?

Hello, I took on Wednesday evening 1 tablet of linefor 75 mg and only later I read that when using it you can not drink alcohol. I have a party on Saturday. If I don't take more pills by Saturday, can I have a drink?

The mean half-life of pregabalin (the active substance in Linefor) is around 6.3 hours. This means that after about 31.5 hours (less than 1.5 days) clinically insignificant amounts remain in the body. After this time, alcohol consumption is safe. Do not stop taking Linefor without talking to your doctor first. Discontinuation of treatment may render it ineffective. I enclose a link to check the availability of Linefor and make a reservation at the selected pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96118/linefor-kapsulki/apteki Before stopping the therapy, I encourage you to consult a doctor. If it is not possible to visit a stationary visit, I encourage you to use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja We wrote more about whether it is possible to combine drugs with alcohol in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-z-alkoholem
