When should I put on a new Polaring disc if I took it out on day 3 of week 3 and when will I be protected?
If I pulled out the disc 3 days after 3 weeks of use, and I did not put a new one right away (I already have 3 days off), and bleeding does not occur, should I put a new disc immediately or wait a week and put on a new one? How am I protected against pregnancy in this case?

According to the manufacturer: "Wait until withdrawal bleeding occurs and set up a new vaginal therapeutic system, no later than 7 days (7x24 hours) from the time of removal or spontaneous prolapse of the previous vaginal therapeutic system PolaRing. Note: The above procedure can only be adopted if the PolaRing has been used continuously for the last 7 days." If withdrawal bleeding does not occur, a follow-up pregnancy test should be performed. If the result is negative, you can apply a new disc now. It is important that the break between successive discs does not last longer than 7 days. You will be protected from the first day of putting on a new album.
