Can Levetiracetam cause hepatitis?

From 2.5 years levetiracetam accord 500/500, 19th years . Can it cause chronic hepatitis, so far other factors are excluded and can it be used for headaches with pyralgina? Thank you

Hepatitis is one of the side effects that has been reported rarely while taking Levetiracetam. It is possible that hepatitis caused the drug, to unequivocally determine this, diagnostics and consultation with a doctor are necessary. According to currently available knowledge, there are no significant interactions between Levetitacetam and Pyralgina. In patients with hepatic disorders, the elimination of matamizole (Pylargin) may be slowed down, so the use of high doses should be avoided chronically and the intake should be limited to low single doses.
