Can I take 4 Clatra tablets a day?

Good morning. The doctor prescribed me the drug Clara20mg .2tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening, for 4-5 days .then the dose is reduced.2 once after1 tab. In the streets I read that it should be taken 1 day. I do not know what to do in this case. Should I take this prescribed dosage?
