What time interval should be kept between Glucophage and Trittico?

How is taking Trittico to Glucophage in the evening? Use some time interval? For example, Glucophage earlier, after dinner around 19.00 and Trittico before bedtime? Is it possible to take at the same time, eg at 22.00?

It will be best to keep a time interval of about 2-3 hours between medicines, i.e. you can take Glucophage at 18-19 and take Trittico after a few hours.
