What time interval should be kept between Glucophage and Trittico?

How is taking Trittico to Glucophage in the evening? Use some time interval? For example, Glucophage earlier, after dinner around 19.00 and Trittico before bedtime? Is it possible to take at the same time, eg at 22.00?
