The test performed after 48 days is reliable. The test is best done in the morning due to the fact that then there is the highest concentration of betaHCG in the urine, performing the test at a later time of the day may leave doubts. Therefore, if you do not want to have doubts about the result, it is worth repeating the test in the morning.
