When should I put on a new vaginal disc if I applied the first one on July 1?
Good morning, I wanted to be prescribed contraceptive rings and my question is this. If on July 1 my period starts and I put the puck, should I remove it only on August 1?

The disc should remain in the vagina for 3 weeks, then it should be removed and after a 7-day break, a new one should be applied. In your case, the disc should be removed on July 22, then take a 7-day break and after 7 days, i.e. July 29, put on a new disc.
