Hello. If staphylococcus in the nose (mssa) and therefore sinusitis is found, what dosage of Zinnat will be appropriate? 2x 250 mg daily or 2x500 mg daily? And how many days to take this antibiotic?talking about an adult.

Dosage depending on body weight is used for children weighing up to 40 kg.
I understand. However, I found information that the maximum dosage is 15mg / kg body weight, so weighing 70 kg comes out 1050 mg, which is theoretically 2x500 mg could be?
