There should be no interactions between the drugs you mentioned. You can take Nootropil in the morning, after breakfast (minimum 30 minutes from Euthyrox) and in the evening after dinner, and the interval from Lamitrino does not have to be long, e.g. 15 minutes. In the future, I encourage you to inform your doctor about all medicines and dietary supplements used, which will allow you to choose a safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
