How do I change Elicea to Bupropion Neuraxpharm?

Good morning, I have been using Elicea for 4 months. (10mg day), how long should I stop taking this medicine when switching to Bupropion Neuraxpharm (150mg)? Should I reduce my dose of Elicea and then switch to Bupropion?
