Yes, you can. The simultaneous use of Dymista and Dexilant should not cause direct interactions between them. Smoke acts locally on the nasal mucosa, while Dexilant acts mainly in the stomach. There are no known reported pharmacokinetic or pharmacodynamic interactions between these drugs.
